Privacy policy.
In short: the pauza. app collects nothing about you. It has no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking, and it never connects to the internet.
What the app stores
For the games to work, the app keeps your settings (language, game options) and game stats on your phone: games played, hints used, stars and best times. This data stays on your device only, is never sent anywhere and nobody else can access it. Deleting the app deletes it.
If you back up your iPhone (to iCloud or a computer), this data may be part of the backup depending on your iOS settings. Backups are handled by Apple, not by us.
App Store
Downloads and any ratings are handled by Apple under its privacy policy. Apple only gives us aggregated, anonymous statistics (such as the number of downloads). If you allow sharing analytics with app developers in iOS, we may also receive anonymous crash reports from Apple – used only to fix bugs.
If you write to us
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply. We don’t share them with anyone and delete them when they’re no longer needed.
The pauzadot.cz website
The website uses no cookies or analytics. Your browser only remembers your choice of language and light or dark mode. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages; GitHub may log visitors’ IP addresses for security and operational reasons under its privacy statement. The Instagram link leads to a service run by Meta under its own policies.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages and collects data from no one, children included.
Contact and your rights
The app and website are run by Jaromír Strejček, hello@pauzadot.cz. If we hold any personal data about you (such as an email), you have the right to access, correct or delete it, and to lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (uoou.gov.cz) or your local one.
Changes
If this policy changes (for example with a new app feature), we’ll publish the new version on this page with a new effective date.
